Once the checkout is complete, you will see the order confirmation page with IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (SWIFT) code.

You will also receive a confirmation email containing the information needed to make the transfer. Please include your order number as a reason for payment.

We only accept bank transfers via IBAN and SEPA.

We also accept payments via PayPal, a widely used and secure online payment method. Select the PayPal option during the checkout process and you will be redirected to the PayPal site to complete your payment. If you have a PayPal account, you will log in directly and be able to make the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you will still have the option to pay with your credit card through PayPal.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed.

By choosing payment by debit or credit card and pressing the “Confirm the order” button, you will be redirected to the Stripe server: one of our partners who will process the payment via a secure encrypted SSL connection, PCI complaint and protected by double 3D Secure authentication.

In the event that your payment is declined, please check your card number, expiration date and security code.

If all the data entered is correct, please contact your bank’s customer service to ask the reason for the decline and remove any limits on your credit card for international payments.

Our company is registered in Italy, while Stripe is a UK registered company and may process payment in Italy, UK or in the country where the credit card was issued.

DealTech does not store transaction data on its servers and does not receive sensitive credit card data, account numbers and passwords from Stripe.
