SPECIFICS

The Express Robot Cell by Prima Power is a compact robotized bending cell that combines high performance with minimal space requirements.
It includes:

  • a servo-electric press brake eP 0520 (55 tons, 2320 mm bending length),
  • a 6-axis anthropomorphic robot for complete part handling,
  • a 3-axis Cartesian loader for masked-time part preparation,
  • a plug-and-play system with all components preassembled on a single metal platform.

Its compact design enables fast movements, short cycles, and high productivity, thanks to the simultaneous cooperation between the robot and the loader, which optimizes overall efficiency.za l’efficienza complessiva.

The Express Robot Cell can be integrated with FMS storage systems such as Prima Power’s Night Train, allowing continuous and automated production.
The stand-alone version can be easily upgraded to connected solutions, with automatic loading and unloading even via AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles).
Built on a plug-and-play metal platform, it ensures quick installation and easy transport.
It is ideal for HVAC, automotive, metal furniture, and industrial components sectors, handling small to medium-sized parts of varying complexity.
Thanks to Prima Power’s know-how, the cell is scalable, evolving from a stand-alone unit into a fully integrated robotic production system.
